Full payment 14 days prior to arrival with a security deposit also of either €200 or £200, dependant on location
We will try and find replacement booking, if successful then we will return all funds paid; if the same payment or more is received. If we are unable to replace you booking or only have a part booking then we will deduct any new payment from your payment.
No pets are permitted at the property unless the advertisement clearly states.; we only allow one pet per booking and ask they do not enter bedrooms.
